Changes happening to Executive Council

Premier Bob McLeod has made a change to the Executive Council.

Caroline Cochrane will be the Minister for the Worker’s Safety and Compensation commission.

Premier McLeod says the Territorial Government has made progress the last two years.

“We have a strong Cabinet team that combines the unique strengths of each individual to create a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts,” says McLeod. “Together, we are committed to working hard to improve the lives of all NWT residents over the final two years of our mandate.”

The move will take effect today.
